First, take a PCB board, first need to record the model, parameters and position of all the components, especially the direction of the diode, the three-stage tube, the direction of the IC gap. It is best to take a photo of two component locations with a digital camera.

Third, adjust the contrast of the canvas, the brightness and darkness, so that the part with the copper film and the part without the copper film form a strong contrast, then turn the picture into black and white, check whether the line is clear, if it is not clear, continue to adjust. If it is clear, save the picture as two files in black and white BMP format. If you find that there is a problem with the graphic, you need to use PHOTOSHOP to correct it.

4. Convert the two BMP format files into PROTEL format files, and transfer them into two layers in PROTEL. If the positions of the two layers of PAD and VIA are basically coincident, it indicates that the first few steps are very good, if there is a deviation, Then repeat the third step until the end of the match, convert the BMP of the TOP layer into TOP.PCB, pay attention to the layer that is converted to the SILK layer, which is the yellow layer, then you can trace the line in the TOP layer, and according to the second step Place the device on the drawing. After the painting is finished, the SILK layer is deleted, and it is repeatedly known to draw all the layers.

5. In the PROTEL, transfer the TOP.PCB and BOT.PCB into a picture and it will be OK. Print the TOP LAYER and BOTTOM LAYER on the transparencies with a laser printer (1:1 ratio), put the film on the PCB, and compare whether there is any error. If it is correct, it will be successful.
