According to statistics, in the past three years, the quality problems of Op Lighting products have been frequent, and many products have failed in the spot checks in relevant departments.

On May 25, 2010, the quality supervision and spot check results of Shanghai fluorescent lamp products issued by Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision showed that a trademark produced by Op Lighting was “OPPLEY”, the model number was DW21-2D21W, and the batch number was 2D of 2009III. The lamp was judged to be a non-conforming product due to a failure in the energy efficiency limit value.

On March 3, 2011, the Wenzhou City Administration for Industry and Commerce released the inspection of wire and cable lamps in 2010. The “downlights” produced by Op Lighting (model specification: 60WNTD1140; production date or batch number: 2009/12/11), logo Grounding and wiring are not qualified.

In the second quarter of 2011, the Shanghai Quality Supervision Bureau randomly selected 19 batches of products. After inspection, 7 batches of products were unqualified and the quality problems were serious. Declining industry growth rate

In addition to product quality issues, as the economic environment deteriorates further, the lighting industry in which Op Lighting is located is not optimistic.
