Previously, Apple’s iPhone 4S had obtained the network access license of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the national compulsory product certification (3C certificate). The iPhone 4S models in both certificates are A1431. Although there are differences with the country's A1387, the photos in the network license have already adopted a dual antenna design, and support for WCDMA networks, it can be certified as iPhone4S.

According to consumers in some localities, Suning in some regions has started pre-sale activities for iPhone 4S, and consumers can get pre-emptive rights after pre-paying a portion of the deposit. At the same time, some Suning’s advertisements also published information on the iPhone 4S New Year’s Day.

According to the reporter’s understanding, China Unicom has announced full-scale strategic cooperation with Suning Appliance last year, and Suning will be able to fully sell its Unicom services and terminals. Suning Appliance has established China Unicom’s business acceptance and terminal sales area, and also promotes China Unicom’s various communications services and products.
