For the Guangdong-Guangdong networking project, Shu Yinbiao, chairman of the State Grid Corporation, said in an interview with the China Energy News: "The State Grid is promoting the networking between Fujian and Guangdong; it is recommended to approve the Sichuan-Jiangxi UHV DC project as soon as possible; and promote Qinghai- Henan UHV DC project, ready to start this year."
At the same time, in promoting the upgrading of agricultural nets in poverty-stricken areas and energy poverty alleviation, the "Opinions" revealed that China will focus on poverty-stricken areas, especially the "three districts and three states" deep poverty areas, as well as national poverty alleviation and development key counties and concentration. The contiguous destitute areas and the revolutionary old areas have in-depth implementation of the rural network transformation and upgrading project.
