3. Qualification requirements
3.1 Anyone who has the qualification of an independent enterprise legal person, holds the second-level or above (including secondary) or urban and road lighting engineering professional contractor issued by the construction administrative department, and has two or more qualifications (including secondary level). In the past 5 years (April 1, 2004 to present), at least one road tunnel lighting project has been completed independently and has a good reputation.
3.2 This tender does not accept consortium bidding. And declined the involvement of any intermediary and any intermediary.
3.3 This project does not allow subcontracting or subcontracting.
