The notice also clearly pointed out that decentralized wind power projects may not participate in competitive allocation and will gradually be included in the market scope of distributed power generation. Decentralized wind power is characterized by near-end consumption. After the centralized wind power market is almost saturated, distributed wind power has become a new profit growth point in the wind power industry. The launch of the "New Deal" once again expressed the country's "strength" of decentralized wind power.
