Second, bidder qualification requirements
1 Qualified as a legal person who has an independent contract.
2 It has the corresponding qualifications and capabilities in design, manufacturing, quality control, and operation and management in terms of professional technology, equipment and facilities, and personnel organization.
3 The technical performance of a unit with 350 MW or above of the same type or a successful operation performance or product with a supercritical unit of 600 MW or more for more than two years is equivalent to a similar performance of the equipment parameters of the project.
4 Has a perfect quality assurance system and after-sales service system.
5 The bidding equipment must meet the requirements of advanced technology, safety and reliability, and have application performance. The bidder’s performance and quality are guaranteed by the bidder.
6 With good bank credit and business reputation, it is not being ordered to suspend business, and assets have been taken over, frozen and bankrupted.
7 Consortium bids are not accepted.
