Capital competition LED industry

Under the "low carbon" trend, the mainland LED lighting industry is welcoming business opportunities for transformation. The LED lighting industry is becoming the target of chasing capital by all means, vying to grab the "cake" of the food. The data shows that even in the financial crisis in 2009, the LED lighting industry continued to rise against the market, with sales totaling 100 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of more than 30%.

According to the relevant person in charge of the organizer of the 2010 Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition, the enterprises that have signed up for the exhibition have undergone qualitative changes compared with the previous ones. Nearly half of the more than 1,800 lighting companies participating in the exhibition have been involved in LED products, and the traditional incandescent lamps have almost faded out of the market. . According to industry sources, this phenomenon reflects the new trend of the industry. Lighting companies have entered the field from the feasibility of controversial LED lighting. Ling Zhichao, deputy director of the Guangdong Provincial Energy Conservation Center, even estimated that from the current trend, LED lamps will become the mainstream in lighting products.

Olympics and World Expo promote the development of LED industry

Due to the relatively high cost of LED lighting applications, it has once become a “bottleneck” in the development of the industry. In 2009, China expanded its domestic demand in response to the financial crisis and launched a series of projects such as “Ten Cities and Ten Thousand Miles”, “Thousand Miles of 100,000” and “Green Lighting Demonstration City”. The implementation of these projects creates demand for the development of the industry. According to industry sources, LED lighting has entered an intensive application stage, driven by the demonstration effects of the Beijing Olympic Games, the World Expo, and some urban nightscape projects, and supported by national semiconductor lighting policies. The Shanghai World Expo will invest up to 1 billion yuan in LED lighting. In addition, Guangzhou Asian Games, Shenzhen Universiade and other projects have provided a broad space for LED lighting.

Last year, LED production value increased by more than 30%

Driven by favorable policies, even in the context of the financial crisis in 2009, the LED lighting industry continued to rise against the market, with sales totaling 100 billion yuan, an increase of more than 30% year-on-year, making China one of the fastest growing regions in the global LED industry. In the expectation of good prospects, various capitals including venture capital companies have been involved in the LED lighting industry. In addition to local enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises are also showing an upward trend in investment. At the Guangzhou Lighting Exhibition held recently, it was the first time that exhibitors from Japan, Singapore and Taiwan were present.

Tan Jingyuan, general manager of Taiwan’s AVIC Technology, believes that in addition to policy boosts, the annual consumption of incandescent lamps in the mainland reaches 1.4 billion, and the industry has great potential. Previously, almost all of the company's products were sold overseas. This year, in addition to the newly established LED lighting products factory in the Mainland, the company also established sales centers in Dongguan and Kunshan to divide the mainland market.

Guangzhou plans to introduce 20 million special subsidies

In the capital market, the LED lighting industry is also highly sought after by investors. From the beginning of 2009 to the beginning of June 2010, in just over a year, the stock price of Dehao Runda listed in the mainland rose from 2.81 yuan to nearly 20 yuan, and the price of Silan Micro rose from 3.35 yuan to more than 15 yuan. Numerous lighting companies are also unwilling to lag behind. Zhen Mingli, NVC Lighting and other companies have listed in Hong Kong.

At the relevant seminar held in Guangzhou, relevant sources revealed that Guangzhou will take the lead in issuing regulations this year and will give a financial subsidy of 20 million yuan to the LED lighting industry in Guangzhou. The industry estimates that relevant favorable policies will attract more private investors to enter the industry.

LED will be listed as an emerging industry supported by Guangdong

The LED lighting industry has grown against the trend during the financial crisis, and Guangdong Province plans to plan it as a key emerging industry.

Guangdong is taking the LED green light source industry as one of the key breakthrough industries in the near future. The reporter learned at the relevant forum of the Guangzhou Lighting Exhibition held recently that Guangdong is planning to design the LED lighting industry as the three emerging industries that Guangdong will give priority to, and the scale will exceed 100 billion. According to reports, from July this year, Guangdong plans to arrange special funds to subsidize Guangdong LED lighting applications for three consecutive years, and the total subsidy will reach 600 million yuan.

In order to support the development of LED lighting industry, Guangdong will introduce "Guangdong Province LED lighting industry medium and long-term development plan" to guide the structural adjustment and regional configuration of Guangdong LED lighting industry to form several large LED industrial parks, and strive to 2012 provincial LED The scale of the lighting industry has reached 100 billion yuan, becoming a new pillar industry in Guangdong.

It is understood that Guangdong is now an important production base and trade center for the national LED lighting industry. The relevant output value has exceeded 30 billion yuan. The enterprises are concentrated in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Huizhou, Foshan and Dongguan. Guangdong plans to include LED lighting in the high-end new electronic information industry and electric vehicle industry as one of the three strategic emerging industries in Guangdong Province.

Guangdong Yucheng Global LED Packaging Center

In addition, the "Guangdong Provincial People's Government's Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the LED Industry (Draft for Comment)" (hereinafter referred to as "Opinions") is also planned to be introduced in the near future.

According to this "Opinions", by 2015, Guangdong will build a global LED packaging center and the largest production and application base. During the period from July 2010 to June 2011, Guangdong will provide subsidies to the cities selected for the demonstration projects of Guangdong's urban lighting products in accordance with the 30% of the approved LED lamps. The total subsidy is about 300 million yuan, and each city is close to 50 million. yuan. From July 2011 to June 2012, according to the 20% subsidy of LED lamps, the total subsidy is about 200 million yuan, and each city is close to 30 million yuan. During the period from July 2012 to June 2013, 10% of the price of LED lamps was subsidized, and each city was close to 20 million yuan.

Jiangmen issued the "National Best Offer" Policy

In addition, according to Wu Zizhen, executive deputy mayor of Jiangmen City, in the past three years, the average annual growth rate of LED industry in Jiangmen City has exceeded 30%. There are more than 100 LED companies and more than 1,000 related companies. The raw materials and parts needed by the industry are large. Some of them can be supplied locally, and the epitaxial chips of Jiangmen LED are close to the international advanced level. Among them, the annual output value of LED of Jiangmen Taiwan-funded enterprise Zhenmingli Group has exceeded 2.7 billion yuan.

It is reported that the current annual output value of Taiwan-funded LED enterprises in Jiangmen City accounts for 53% of the output value of the city's LED industry; another Taiwanese investment of nearly 10 billion yuan is intended to develop LED projects in Jiangmen.

In order to speed up the development of the LED industry, Jiangmen has issued a development policy known as “the most favorable nationwide”, that is, the maximum amount of subsidies for the introduction of LED production equipment is 12 million yuan. This policy has aroused great interest from Taiwanese businessmen. Many Taiwanese investors have consulted specific operational rules. Jiangmen expects that the LED industry in Jiangmen is expected to reach 300 billion yuan in 10 years.

Incremental Encoder

Incremental encoders provide speed, direction and relative position feedback by generating a stream of binary pulses proportional to the rotation of a motor or driven shaft. Lander offers both optical and magnetic incremental encoders in 4 mounting options: shafted with coupling, hollow-shaft, hub-shaft or bearingless. Single channel incremental encoders can measure speed which dual channel or quadrature encoders (AB) can interpret direction based on the phase relationship between the 2 channels. Indexed quadrature encoders (ABZ) are also available for homing location are startup.
