[High-tech LED News] Sanan Optoelectronics announced on September 13 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xiamen Sanan Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., received a patent certificate issued by the US Patent and Trademark Office. The patent name is for the production of GaN-based film. LED method, certificate number is US7955959.
Sanan Optoelectronics said that the invention can improve the GaN-based epitaxial lattice quality on the sapphire substrate and improve the light extraction efficiency of the GaN-based LED, thereby effectively improving the brightness and technical level of the illumination-level white LED chip.
