1. Bidding Conditions The project of the comprehensive building (relocation site) of Putian Town, Songxi County, was approved by the Songxi County Development, Reform, and Technology Bureau, Songfa Branch [2017], and approved for construction on the 13th. The construction unit was in Putian County, Putian County. 3. Bidder qualification requirements and review methods
3.1. The bid invitation project requires bidders to have a construction company with an independent legal entity qualification that is not less than the third-grade qualification for construction project general contracting and the “safety production license for construction enterprises†in Nanping City.
3.2. The bidder who intends to serve as the project for this project must have an effective qualification of not less than Grade II architectural professional registered architect (or a temporary qualification for the architect), and has an effective safety production assessment certificate (B certificate).
Remarks: According to the stipulations of No. 6 Document of é—½ Construction (2014), if the person in charge of this project is a temporary temporary registered construction engineer, the following requirements shall be met, otherwise the qualification examination shall be handled as unqualified.
1) According to the regulations, before February 28th, 2014, a member of the first-grade construction engineer's temporary practice certificate who has submitted a continuation of registration application or has already completed the continuation of registration;
2) For those who have submitted an application but have not completed the registration of a temporary construction certificate for the first-time constructor, the bidder shall attach the continuation registration receipt issued by the administrative service center of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in the bidding document; otherwise, it shall be qualified. Review failed processing.
3.3. This tendering project does not accept the Commonwealth bid.
