(4) The equipment (cables and bridges) provided by the contractor shall be transported and kept from the grounding point to the construction site until installation, commissioning, trial operation and handover acceptance.

Third, the bidder qualification requirements
(1) Basic qualification requirements
1. The bidder shall have the legal person qualification to independently conclude the contract;
2. With a sound quality management system, it must hold an ISO9001 certification issued by a nationally recognized qualification institution or an equivalent quality management system certification;
3. In the past three years, the bidder shall have similar performance as the bidding target of the project;
4. In the past three years, there have been no bad behaviors such as fraudulent bidding and serious breach of contract;
5. Not being ordered to close down, property being taken over, frozen and bankrupt;
6. The business is in good condition and has been profitable for more than two consecutive years.
(2) Special qualification requirements No.

2. Construction experience: At least one similar project has been undertaken in the past 5 years, and no major engineering accidents have occurred.
3. Construction equipment: The bidder shall be able to guarantee the timely provision of the construction equipment required for the contract construction and the equipment shall be in good condition, and the quantity and variety shall meet the construction requirements of this contract.
4. Main personnel: The number of management and technical personnel to be engaged in the implementation of this contract shall be in place and shall have rich experience. The project manager and technical person in charge of the construction of this contract shall meet the following conditions:
Project Manager: Having the qualification of a secondary project manager and more than 5 years of similar engineering construction, or experience in mechanical and electrical equipment and metal structure installation (there should be a project similar to the scale of this project), at least one project manager.
Technical leader: With more than 5 years of similar engineering construction, or experience in mechanical and electrical equipment and metal structure installation (two of which are similar to this project), at least one of the technical leaders of the project.
5. Safety Qualification: It has the safety qualification certificate for construction and installation enterprises and the safety construction record for the past three years. It provides the safety organization and the safety full-time management personnel, and provides the safety production management system.
