Qizhong Numerical Control and Harbin Institute of Technology undertake the construction of a "heavy-duty numerical control machine tool precision test platform" and analyze and study the effect of large-scale measurement and gravity field on machine tool accuracy. Through modeling and analysis and experimental verification, a comprehensive test method for large-size precision of heavy machine tools was proposed, and precision test specifications and standards for heavy-duty machine tools were improved. Three patent applications were filed, four new products with independent intellectual property rights were developed, and four precisions were designed and manufactured.
