The TPS562200 and TPS563200 are simple, easy-to-use, 2 A and 3 A synchronous step-down (buck) converters in SOT-23 package.

The TPS562200 and TPS563200 are 2-A and 3-A synchronous step-down converters. The proprietary DCAP2TM mode control supports low ESR output capacitors such as specialty polymer capacitors and multi-layer ceramic capacitors without complex external compensation circuits.
