First, single-layer palletizing robot

Single-layer palletizing robots are relatively basic, mainly relying on conveyor belts to transport materials. When they reach the steering mechanism, they can be adjusted according to the specified direction. After the preparation, they can enter the laminating mechanism. As long as the products are arranged in close alignment in the set order in this place, the aligned products are transferred to the next station by the conveyor roller, so that the stacking operation of the palletizing robot is completed.

Second, multi-layer palletizing robot

There are certainly multiple layers corresponding to a single layer, certainly more complex than a single layer palletizing robot. We can see that the pallets of multi-layer palletizing robots are below the conveyor belt, or can be left or right. When the machine is stacking, the materials will be neatly arranged on the pallet, and then the pallet will be set at the left limit position. When the material conveyed by the conveyor belt is blocked by the baffle, it is arranged in a row. Then the pallets are moved to the right, and then the materials will line up again as in the steps above. By analogy, for each additional layer of material, the height of the lifting platform of the palletizing robot will decrease by one layer until the material piles up to a certain height and stops.

Third, arrange the palletizing robot

The palletizing robot transports the materials after they are arranged in rows, and the pusher puts the conveyed materials on the collecting table. Then move to the left and push from the bottom up to stack the three layers together. In this process, there will be a ramp device to ensure the successful completion of the process, and the speciality of the material collection platform will also help the palletizing robot to complete the stacking.
