Jogging iPendant (JITP)
The Jogging iPendant (JITP) feature is a feature used to operate a robot using a PC or tablet. In this function, you need to use the teach pendant, set the IP address, and connect to the PC or tablet through the network cable. Then you can use your PC or tablet to log in to the browser, access the robot's IP address, and go to the page shown below.
After clicking the JITP icon, the teach pendant is disconnected from the robot as shown:
On the PC or tablet, you can see the following screen. The operation mode is consistent with the actual teach pendant, and there is no obstacle for the user who is accustomed to the operation of the teach pendant.
With JITP, you can operate (including but not limited to the following):

iRProgrammer
In 2017, FANUC introduced the new SCARA robot. The controller of this type of robot is different from the controller of other kinds of robots. We call it the Compact Plus controller. Unlike JITP, the Compact Plus controller brings an updated way of operation. Although JITP can operate the robot without the teach pendant, the teach pendant is required. For the Compact Plus controller, the teach pendant is an option. When the user orders the robot, the teacher can be omitted. For robots without a teach pendant, there is a new feature, iRProgrammer.
