The Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision recently announced the results of the special supervision and inspection of the quality of self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting in Guangdong Province in 2014. The general lighting used by 27 enterprises in four urban areas, including Foshan, Huizhou, Zhongshan and Jiangmen, was randomly selected. There were 29 batches of ballast fluorescent lamps, and 8 batches were unqualified. The unqualified product discovery rate was 27.6%.
This spot check is based on GB 16844-2008 "Safety requirements for self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting", GB/T 17263-2002 "Performance requirements for self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting", GB 17625.1-2012 "Electromagnetic compatibility limits, harmonics Wave current emission limit (input current per phase of equipment ≤16A), GB 17743-2007 "Limitations and measurement methods of radio disturbance characteristics of electrical lighting and similar equipment", marking and interchange of self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting 13 items including sex, prevention of electric shock, mechanical strength, heat resistance, fire and flame resistance, lamp power, initial light effect/light flux, color rendering index, color tolerance, harmonic current limit, power terminal disturbance, radiation disturbance, etc. Tested.
The spot check found that the Zhongshan Guzhen Yahao Super Lighting Accessories Factory, Zhongshan Xiaolan Town Aikang Lighting Factory, Zhongshan Guzhen Tailong Lighting & Electric Appliance Factory, Zhongshan Guzhen Huoneng Lighting Factory, Zhongshan Henglan Town 8 batches of products produced by Xinzhongying Lighting Appliance Factory, Zhongshan Xiaolan Town Nights Lighting Appliance Factory, Jiangmen Pengjiang District Ouzhiyuan Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd., etc. are unqualified, involving signs, interchangeability, and prevention of electric shock 11 items including mechanical strength, heat resistance, lamp power, initial luminous efficacy/light flux, color rendering index, color tolerance, harmonic current limit, and power terminal disturbance.
