The front-end equipment of the TV monitoring system is mainly a camera. The camera model should pay attention to the following contents:
(1) Cameras with different sensitivities should be selected according to the illuminance of the monitoring target. The minimum ambient illumination of the surveillance target should be 10 times higher than the minimum illumination of the camera.
(2) The requirements met by the selected camera are as follows:
1) Can meet the final requirements of the system.
2) The power supply adaptation range is increased by 15% (regulators can be added if necessary).
3) The temperature and humidity adaptation range meets the changes of the on-site climatic conditions.
4) When the monitoring target illumination is not high, and the resolution is high, the white camera should be used to monitor the target illumination is not high, and when color imaging is required, an additional lighting device is required.
5) When monitoring the target brightness range is large or must be backlit, you should use an automatic electronic shutter and digital backlight processing camera.
6) When it is necessary to covert surveillance at night, it is advisable to use a camera with an infrared light source (or install an infrared light as a light source).
7) The camera should be fixed to the building by a stable and stable bracket (or electric pan/tilt).
8) The camera lens should try to avoid backlight setting. In the case of backlight setting, in addition to the technical performance of the camera, try to minimize the contrast of the monitoring area.
9) Cameras installed indoors and outdoors should be equipped with protective covers.
10) Charge-coupled device (CCD) type cameras with small size, light weight and easy installation and maintenance on site should be used.
11) When the monitoring target brightness range is large or must be backlit, you should use an automatic electronic shutter and digital backlight processing camera.
12) When it is necessary to covert surveillance at night, it is advisable to use a camera with an infrared light source (or install an infrared light as a light source).
13) The camera should be fixed to the building by a stable and stable bracket (or electric pan/tilt).
14) The camera lens should try to avoid the backlight setting. In the case of backlight setting, in addition to the requirements of the camera technology and performance, we should try to minimize the contrast of the monitoring area.
15) Cameras installed indoors and outdoors should be equipped with protective covers.
16) When the monitor target illumination changes, the aperture adjustable lens should be used.
17) When remote control is required, a remote lens unit with light focus, aperture opening, and zoom can be selected.
18) According to the working environment, the corresponding camera protective cover should be selected. The protective cover can be equipped with temperature control system and remote control wiper as needed.
19) The support device for fixing the camera on a specific part may be a camera bracket or a pan/tilt. When a camera needs to monitor multiple scenes in different directions, the auto focus device and remote control motor should be configured.
20) When the camera needs to be concealed, it can be placed in the ceiling or wall. The lens can be pinhole or prism lens. For the anti-theft system, an additional external sensor and system combination can be installed to perform linkage alarm.
21) System equipment for monitoring underwater targets should use high-sensitivity camera tubes and sealed pressure and waterproof protective covers, as well as water seepage alarm devices.
22) The camera's setting position, camera direction and lighting conditions should meet the following requirements:
• The camera should be installed in a place near the monitoring target that is not easily damaged by the outside. The installation location should not affect the operation of the field equipment and the normal activities of personnel. The height of the installation should be 2.5 to 5 m from the ground and 3.5 to 10 m from the ground and not less than 3.5 m.
• The camera in the elevator car should be installed at the top of the elevator car, at the opposite corner of the elevator operator, and should be able to monitor the panoramic view of the elevator car.
• The camera lens should be protected from direct sunlight to ensure that the target surface of the camera tube is not damaged. There must be no objects in the field of view of the lens that obstruct the target.
• The camera lens should be aligned with the monitoring target from the direction of the light source and should be protected against backlighting. When backlighting is required, the contrast of the surveillance area should be reduced.
