First National Standard for Solar Thermal Power Generation to Be Promulgated

The National Solar Energy Standardization Technical Committee recently disclosed that 14 expert judges from universities and research institutes have unanimously adopted the term “solar thermal power generation terminology” as a national standard. The term standard is China's first national standard for solar thermal power generation. It covers meteorology, astronomy, optics, chemical engineering, power electronics, electrics, and environmental protection.

It is reported that the terminology standard is the basic standard in the field of solar thermal power generation technology, and is the basis for related technical standards in the future. Its promulgation and implementation will play a regulatory role in China's solar thermal power generation technology and industrial development.
