If the LED lighting production capacity originally exported to the United States is not affected by the trade war, it will not be able to sell normally. A large amount of production capacity may be low in the market outside the US, making the price low. LED lighting products face the pressure of price hikes, and he is not optimistic about the price of subsequent products.

From the perspective of Everlight itself, Ye Haofu said that Everlight is currently shipping lighting parts to mainland China, and the Chinese assembly plant will ship finished products to the United States. Therefore, Everlight will still be indirectly affected by tariffs. On the other hand, mainland China After the manufacturer is restricted by tariff barriers, the products may be sold cheaply in the non-US market in the future, putting pressure on prices.

At present, the proportion of Yiguang Lighting has been reduced to 5-6%. Ye Yufu said that it is impossible to predict what will happen in the market at present, but Yiguang will respond with “red letter ordering and black word shipping”, which is lower than competition. The price is received, and then the cost is reduced through manufacturing and other aspects, and the customer is delivered at a competitive price to achieve profitability.

Ye Haofu said that Everlight's Mini LED will start shipping in the fourth quarter of this year. The initial Mini LED is used in backlight products. The lock field is in the mobile phone and automotive market. The automotive market is a high-end product with instrument panel backlight. Mainly, the initial proportion will not be large, but the development is optimistic.
