Considering the actual conditions of the project, and taking full consideration of the factors such as the saving of construction area, compact equipment layout, reduction of project cost, and improvement of safety and reliability, the station finally decided to adopt the design plan of the on-ground full-house substation with the layout of three floors above ground and one underground floor.
