It is understood that two sets of 650,000 kilowatts of pressurized water reactor nuclear power units built for the Qinshan Nuclear Power Phase II expansion project are the first large-scale nuclear power plant projects to be started during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period in China, while the 35-kilometer-long Yangzhou will be under the jurisdiction of the Haiyan Power Supply Bureau. Line 445 is the main and auxiliary power supply for the above-mentioned electric power substations for construction of key projects. Once the power is turned off, the work of construction and commissioning works cannot be carried out.

In order to ensure the safe power supply of nuclear power projects during commissioning, the Haiyan Power Supply Bureau, on the basis of the establishment of an emergency leading group headed by the Director, has focused on checking whether the power pole tower soil is loose in the relevant power equipments; it focuses on inspecting some criminals and stealing power poles. Whether the situation on the site occurs; focus on checking the implementation of emergency plans for nuclear power lines, analysis and pre-control measures of information systems, equipment defect defects, and inspections of nuclear power-related production, use and management of flammable and explosive materials; focus on nuclear power lines During the holiday season, the emergency equipment spare parts preparations are in place. At the same time, in-depth integration of safety inspections, regular monthly inspections, organization of strength to work overtime, and taking effective measures during the day, night special investigations, party members night inspections and other effective measures to ensure safe power supply.

By the time of dispatch, the Bureau has conducted a comprehensive inspection of Qinshan Nuclear Power Construction related power lines, substations, and distribution boxes. It has already checked 35 kV Yangliushan 445 line, checking nuclear power line 12 kilometers, and 51 iron towers. , And related transformer equipment, in a timely manner to eliminate a number of hidden equipment hazards, in order to ensure the construction of Qinshan nuclear power use.
