Pilot solar LED street light in Qingbaijiang District, Sichuan Province

The first batch of 5 new solar LED street lights were installed, which consisted of 80 cm long and wide solar panels and LED light groups. The power of the light group was only 84 watts. The battery board can provide two hours as long as it receives 10 hours of sunshine. The lighting of the day is about 20 hours. The luminous illuminance is equivalent to the illumination of a 250 watt sodium lamp, which can fully meet the general lighting needs. And the intelligent time controller automatically senses the brightness of the light to control.
Although the current cost of the whole set of solar LED street lamps is relatively high, about 7000-8000 yuan, but the maintenance cost is low, no manual operation is required, and the battery board can be simply cleaned occasionally. The theoretical life of LED lights can reach 10 years, while the average sodium lamp is only about 3 years.
An ordinary 250-watt sodium lamp works for an average of 10 hours a day. After one year, plus power loss, the power consumption is about 1100 degrees. The annual electricity bill for an ordinary street lamp is about 1,000 yuan. If Qingbaijiang has 100 solar LED street lights, it can save at least 100,000 yuan in financial expenses in a year, and 10 million in ten years.
