Welding points and methods of electronic components
Soldering components with electric soldering irons is a basic assembly process that plays a key role in ensuring the quality of electronic products. The welding points of some components are described below.
1. Soldering is preferably rosin, rosin oil or acid free solder. Do not use acid flux, otherwise the soldering area will be corroded.
2. Before welding, scrape the area that needs to be welded with a knife to make it show metallic luster, apply flux, and then apply a layer of solder.
3. The soldering iron should have enough heat during soldering to ensure the quality of the soldering, prevent soldering and long-term desoldering.
4. The time for the soldering iron to stay in the soldering station should not be too long.
5. After the soldering iron leaves the soldering station, the soldered parts cannot be moved immediately, otherwise the parts are easily desoldered because the solder has not solidified.
6. Wiring the components of the docking is best done before twisting and then soldering.
7. When soldering a transistor or other high temperature device, it is best to use a small flat nose pliers or tweezers to clamp the lead of the transistor.
8. Soldering of semiconductor components is preferably carried out using a thin, low-temperature wire with a short soldering time.
