Lu Yuan, employees get up early; without a canteen, they are solved in the factory. In order to break through this situation as soon as possible, it has become a habit to work overtime, because employees know that life is a trivial matter, and production tasks are the top priority. It is precisely because of the unremitting efforts of employees that the company has achieved a qualitative leap from the official operation of the company in the new factory area for the past five years. The number of shipments has exceeded 815 units per month to 800 units, of which the gearless machine has achieved dozens of specifications in three series, and the product performance has also been improved. Today, the company's annual output reaches 17,000 units and its sales revenue reaches 365 million yuan.

The improvement of efficiency is inseparable from the improvement of the quality of the company's personnel. The management of the company always remembers this point, so it cultivated and absorbed a large number of outstanding employees through various means. The number of employees has increased from 65 at the beginning to nearly 300 now. At the same time, the company also introduced high-quality technical personnel, through the development of various professional knowledge training, to improve the team's professional skills. Vice President Liu told reporters that Fuward had set up a special technical team as early as 2006, mainly responsible for the technical problems that could not be solved in production. The company has such a team of high-tech personnel, and a series of high-quality elevators and other products have been successfully developed and put into use. It is worth mentioning that in 2006, the company developed the sintered NdFeB, through the national information industry testing, the 6KW mainframes all use self-produced magnetic steel, the output reached 6.5 tons, which laid the foundation for becoming the leader in the same industry in China.
