Fifth, bidder qualification requirements

The bid invitation requires the bidder to be an enterprise legal person or other organization legally registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China. It must have the ability to manufacture the corresponding goods, and have the ability to guarantee the delivery of tenders in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, and other aspects.

5.1 Bidders and their bid products must meet the following general qualification requirements:

(1) Must have production sites and production equipment required for the production of tender products, as well as testing capabilities for products, components, components, materials, and accessories.

(2) Design and manufacture of products with the same structure, the same type, the same or more technical specifications as the bid product. Under the same or more strict normative conditions as the specification, the quantity or supply quantity of the product and its successful operation time meet the requirements of the tenderer.

(3) Acquire an effective product test and appraisal report issued by an international authoritative organization or a national authorized and authorized product inspection and testing institution, and the report conclusion data meet the requirements of the technical specifications for the bid.

(4) Acquire the valid certification required by the tenderer and the annual inspection record.

(5) Acquire effective production licenses as stipulated by national laws, regulations, departmental rules, and regulatory standards.

(6) It should have good financial status and commercial credit.

(7) Outsourced raw materials, supporting components, externally commissioned components, and imported bulk components shall meet the requirements of this tender technical specification. At the same time, the bidder shall have the necessary inspection methods and capabilities for acceptance inspection of the above-mentioned materials, components and components, or be provided by suppliers of materials, components and components.

(8) The same type of goods provided have not been involved in accidents due to the goods; or there have been accidents, but effective rectification measures have been taken and remedial measures have been taken and verified by the State Grid Corporation of China.

5.2 The bidders and their bid products must meet the requirements for the special qualifications of the corresponding tendered goods. The requirements, data, and status of the specific specific qualifications for all types of goods are listed in the appendix “Specialty Qualification Performance Requirements”.

5.3 This tender does not accept the consortium bid.

5.4 About Product Agents

5.4.1. Bidders who do not accept domestic (not including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) equipment/materials are not accepted.

Note: Information equipment (all major categories), software (all major categories), power environment monitoring systems, image surveillance systems, telephone and video conferencing systems, air conditioning, large screens, vehicles, fire-fighting facilities and other materials allowed "domestic (excluding Hong Kong and Macao Taiwan) Equipment/material agency bidders".

5.4.2 A manufacturer can only entrust an agent to bid for the same product.

5.4.3 The agent’s bid needs to be authorized by the original manufacturer.

Sixth, bidder special qualification requirements:

(1) The sales performance for 2011-2015 requires that the voltage rating be equal to or less than 100km for the tender product.

(2) The conductor cross-section in an effective type test report is greater than or equal to the tender product

(3) With ISO 9000 quality certification.
